When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the name, email address, business name, and project details you provide. We may also receive payment status, billing contact information, and transaction identifiers from Stripe. We do not receive your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver website services, manage billing and customer support, and maintain necessary business records.
Services used
Project inquiry forms are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to our business email. Payments and recurring billing are processed through Stripe. The website is hosted using Cloudflare. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies.
Retention and choices
We retain business correspondence and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing us; some records may need to be retained for legal reasons.
Security and contact
